qt: can't resize the window with X11 compositor when CSD is enabled

the QWindow from the MainInterface doesn't receive the mouse events, as a result CSD resizing code from interface_windows_handler isn't called (wheel event isn't processed as well).

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
