VLC 4: Window buttons in player at wrong position

The Windows window buttons are at the wrong location when playing a video, smashed into the buttons on the left:

Tested with VLC vlc-4.0.0-dev-win64-17e10e0a on Windows 11 Pro 21H2 Build 22000.318
