Streaming WMA files have wrong metadata

    OS: Windows 11 (22000.co_release.210604-1628) VLC: 4.0.0 (dev-win64-03e69578) same result with 3.0.16 release as well Steps to reproduce: Open HTTP/S connection to WMA file, observe incorrect artist Exact same WMA file played locally does not have this issue. Attached debug logs from streaming and local playback. stream_test.loglocal_test.log
