VLC 1.0.0-pre1 can't play some H264 raw streams (regression)

Tested build: vlc-1.0.0-pre1-20090401-0028-win32.7z

OS: Windows XP Pro 32 bits

This build can't play some H264 raw streams while v0.9.8a can play them with no problems.
