Top title bar buttons don't work if I try clicking them above the icons area

Still happens on todays build. Forgot to mention it seem to be in maximised window them moving the cursor to the top of the screen it affects.

I have a very similar issue to this one, and have had it since... 2018 or even earlier. Specifically happens with the X to close the program on the top right corner. When maximized, if you go to the absolute corner and click the X, you will click instead whatever is behind (usually another maximized window that you will immediately close). The X won't even be red as long as the mouse is on the last pixels of the screen (corner and down to the side). I've reproduced this on many different PCs, with different monitor configuration/resolutions. All of them Windows 10 64 bit though. I would like to add, I found this bug on nightly V3 and V4 too.
