UPnP detection issue

I have an UPnP AV Media Server V2 installed on Asustor NAS in my local network. The issue is, that the Media Server is recognized and fully accessible by VLC running under Windows 10 Home, but not under Windows 10 Pro. VLC is version 3.0.16 on both computers, so I believe the reason is some settings in Windows 10 Pro, but I can't find any track, what could it be. Thanks a lot for any idea.
