Stream_Out_Chromecast buffer full, crashing playback. weird state changes prior to this

VLC 4.0.0 15/9-2021 build, also 13/9 14/9 builds

Stream output changes from PLAYING to IDLE, then throws could not write frame errors, and subsequently throws HTTPD buffer full errors infinitely.

I suspect either HTTPD or Sout_Stream is the cause here, but thats just me guessing.
