VLC 3.0.16 64-bit for Windows.

The issue is with this file: Terminator.2.Judgement.Day.1991.EXTENDED.REMASTERED.1080p.BluRay.x265-RARBG.mp4

Randomly, after pausing it, can't resume, freezes.
