RC logo filename change doesn't work

If you use RC interface, then following command doesn't work

@test logo-file something.png

it only returns Variable doesn't exist or isn't a command

I started VLC with command vlc -I rc --sub-filter "logo@test{file=a.png}" then I start playback

add something.avi

Other logo commands like

@test logo-x 100

work OK.

Tested with VLC 0.9.8a and 1.0.0-git under Win32.
