On VLC 3.0.16 I get "Lua error: Couldn't process youtube video URL, please check for updates to this script"

Hello, I'm using latest VLC version (3.0.16) on Windows 10 and when trying to open a youtube URL I get the following error:

lua error: Couldn't process youtube video URL, please check for updates to this script

access error: HTTP 403 error

However this happens only for some videos.

For example this works: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OhBo1A8atuA

But this doesn't: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lUutI-ptfzE

I saw this happened already in the past and it was advised to update the youtube.lua script directly from the VLC repository, which I did but without success.

Please let me know if there's any other info I can provide.
