VLC Player causes ALL USB devices to stop working

Windows 10 Pro V21H1 (Build 10.0.19043.1165) G-Hub Version:- V2021.8.792 (Current Version) VLC Player version 3.0.16 I currently have installed Logitech G-hub installed on my system to control all my Logitech devices i.e. G903 Mouse, G935 Headset and Powerplay charging system etc. The Mouse and headset transceivers are normally connected to a USB 3.0 hub (See attached File). The hub is directly connected to the motherboard I/O panel. USB_3.1_HUB_connections

Whilst watching a video or audio file, the soundtrack starts to exponentially dropout which in turn causes all the Logitech devices to completely stop working. The Mouse pointer completely disappears from the screen, the Headset has NO Sound and non of the controls work, the Powerplay charging system stops functioning. When complete failure occurs all the status indicator lights remain active on the hub and on the affected devices. I have transposed the USB connections on to other ports and reinstalled all the affected drivers/ Apps from scratch, but this has NO effect on the problem. Turning the USB hub off for a while restores all device functionality until it happens again. When this option fails, the ONLY option is to use the power switch to turn the system off, restart has no effect!

This problem ONLY happens when I'm USING VLC Player and doesn't occur whilst using other media players! I've attached a SYSTEM INFO FILE to help things along Simon_System_Info.nfo
