Interactive zoom improvements ?

hello, Interactive Zoom could be optimized, purposing: _ bigger level of zoom control (for example possibility to developp the gui in the entire video width) _ smooth adjust (with shortcuts / wheel mouse function) (i'm just a loyal advanced french user) thx
