Fast rewind / forward keys stopped working on 3.0.16 and MacOS 11.2.2

After upgrading from VLC 3.0.15 to 3.0.16, fast rewind / forward holding F7 / F9 keys stopped working. MacOS 11.2.2, MacBook Pro 13' mid 2014 (A1502).

Other multimedia key functions was working (play, pause, next, previous). Fast rewind / forward was working in other apps.

So I tried to totally reset VLC: nothing happend. Uninstalled 3.0.16 and reinstalled 3.0.15 : problem fixed.

So seems there's a problem in VLC 3.0.16
