debug outputs "AMD driver too old" although it is new enough (WDDM 2.7 and Direct 12)

When I am viewing videos I see the console output direct3d11 debug: AMD driver too old, fallback to legacy shader mode However, my AMD driver version is already the latest (27.20.22001.14011) with Direct12 support and a WDDM version of 2.7 and I am currently using VLC version 3.0.16 Vetinari (jenkins@acd0bcd199cbd June 18 2021 16:21:52)

The driver should not be reported as "too old".

My display card is AMD Radeon Vega 8 Graphics
