Problem with the display of the interface when the mouse is moving

I have a problem, I'll explain : When I'm in full screen and move my mouse, instead of showing me my mouse cursor and the bottom interface (like this https://prnt.sc/15r9bbg ) nothing displays, it's like I'm in full screen all the time. (Ce problème n'était bien évidemment pas là avant que je modifie les 2 paramètres dit dans l'article qui m'a permit de régler le bug des pixels). I am therefore obliged to go out of the full screen each time to be able to have visibility on my mouse cursor and on the timer. From what I understand, this problem appears when I put "OpenGL video output" as video output module.

Before I came to make a ticket here, I had made a ticket on the VLC forum, and after many attempts to resolve this issue, we were unable to resolve it.
