After upgrade, no skins

Every time I upgrade my VLC with the latest and greatest version, I am forced to download my skins since they disappear for some reason, even though I choose to KEEP ALL PREVIOUS SETTINGS.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
