gcc 4 compile problems

At least the following modules have trouble building with gcc 4 on Debian (on i386):

We also had a report for skins2 on ia64 (Debian bug 317055)

Additionnaly, the build system uses deprecated flags : "-mcpu=' is deprecated. Use -mtune=' or '-march=' instead"

Plus we have many many warnings
