QML: Player Toolbar does not accept focus (regression)

Recent changes committed by me involving encapsulating toolbar subparts with Loaders in order to fix Qml errors started to cause focus and key navigation issues.

A better way to handle focus in toolbar is on the way.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
