VLC 3.0.13 Windows installers signed with expired certificate

When checking the digital signature on the 3.0.13 windows installers (both MSI and EXE), when clicking on the details of the signature, it says No signature was present in the subject. When checking the certificate, it shows it is valid to 11/09/2020.
