Main CPU/GPU fan high RPM speed spikes when VLC is playing

Happened numerous times in last month, now happened around 4 times in last 30 minutes. Goes from low to very high RPM (significantly loud) gradually and then down to low RPM, this cycle happens within like 20 seconds. I suspect VLC because when i pause playback or quit it during video playback, fan start spinning down. The CPU utilization is constantly fine, like 20%.

-vv command parameters does not show anything interesting at the time of the issue. Seeking only output following interesting message in red text:

Linux Arch based 5.11.14-1-MANJARO with XFCE desktop, CPU/GPU.
