Fail to recognize album art embedded in WAV file

Might be a few version later, but the following version should be almost the last version that can properly recognize the album art in a WAV file. vlc-3.0.10-win64-e039fcac on 02-Jun-2020

The latest 3.0.13 still haven't solve it.
