Hotkeys for font size change

Some people would want to have hotkeys for subtitle font size change. So for example Shift+something would change subtitle font size bigger and Shift+Alt+something would make font size smaller.

Are You Serious ?! Opened 4 years ago and still no hotkeys for changing Font Size?!? I don't know any other media player that do not provide such function! I love VLC and I want to use it more than my other player(KMPlayer) but such little things can change my choice a lot. Recently I install and recommend VLC to few friends but when they ask with which keys they can change the font size during the movie I didn't have an answer (going to Settings > Change the font size and Restart is not a solution). Still I love VLC but little things like that are very crucial.

sir, i am a newbie and i would love to work in this enhancement. as i am new, i don't really know what should be done to know more about this project, patch etc. i mean i have googled and learned about bug fixes, trackers, repositories etc but i don't know anything more. So i humbly request you to help me.
