Scene filter not working on Linux since last updates (hwdec)

The scene video filter stopped working on Debian 10 since last update (using 3.0.12), before it was working great (not sure the version I had before). It seems Mac users have the same issue : https://forum.videolan.org/viewtopic.php?t=147001
