VLC 4.0.0-dev latest 360 video click-and-drag mouse scroll incorrectly

On the latest VLC 4.0.0-dev nightlies, with support 360 video, using the mouse to scroll through the scene is unpredictable.

Platform: Win 10 x64 latest build

Click and drag the scene in any direction, and the camera angle jumps around. It's hard to describe, but basically, if you were expecting to pan left to right, sometimes it jumps from bottom to up, and it jumps all over the place.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
