Setting the environment variable SNAPCRAFT_BUILD_INFO=1

To better comply with the Gnu open source license and to make things easier for people searching information about the VLC snap package, a suggestion was made to set the environment variable SNAPCRAFT_BUILD_INFO=1 in the package. I am not expert on the subject of setting packages, but I will be happy to learn and help to the best of my capacity.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
