VLC 4: Video resizing is incredibly slow
When a video is playing, the resize performance is so bad, it is nearly unusable as it is just lagging behind so much.
Additionally it seems the player interface overlay sometimes keeps its initial size and does not resize with the video, as can be seen in this screen recording:
Using the non-embedded video, resize performance of the video window is better, not perfect but not nearly as bad as this either.
