Bottom of video cut off with D3D9

With "non-standard" video size the bottom of the video picture is cut off. See attached samples, video created from testimg.png, xvid and x264 codecs used, 720x540 size is OK, the rest is cropped. Using latest 3.0.12 version, no problem with latest 2.x version. No cropping or any other option selected, all in default.

Screenshots: always 2, one native taken from Win (you can see the problem), second is an internal screenshot made in VLC (always OK).
