VLC 4: Media in the "Continue watching" section should always continue

Items in the continue watching section of the new interface should always continue playing from their last playback position, if possible, regardless of the setting. (Currently it always asks, regardless of the setting, as reported in #25585 (closed))

Alternatively the section should be renamed to "Recently watched".
