VLC 4: Sometimes wrong volume is shown in the interface

Sometimes (I did not found a reliable way to reproduce this yet) the volume slider in the interface shows the wrong value (0) even though sound is audible so the volume clearly is not 0.

At some point I saw this happen in the macOS interface too, so I am not sure if this is a bug in the Qt UI or somewhere else.
