VLC 4: Dragging to select items in the playqueue impossible

It is not possible to drag in the playqeue to select items, instead it moves the list up/down which is not expected behavior on a desktop (non-touch) UI.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
