VLC 4.0.0 dev Media scanning behavior problems. (Scanning though Root directory is banned and will not allow for spaces in named folders.)

Windows x64 version:

I have a lot of media in my folders but I do not want VLC to be scanning my computer. It scans recursively and will not allow for folders with spaces in the names to be added to the banned folder list. I tried by adding the root directory but it still scanned it.
