SVQ3 interlaced playback stutters a lot in VLC 1.0.0

Tested on Windows XP Pro 32 bits.

VLC build used: http://people.videolan.org/~jb/build/vlc-1.0.0-git-20090218/

Playback of SVQ3 interlaced videos is very choppy with a lot of stuttering in VLC 1.0.0.

These files are playing fine in VLC 0.9.8a.
