Downloaded Twitch Videos Crash VLC

Hey! So, I am a Twitch streamer. For whatever reason, when I play a downloaded highlight from my Twitch Dashboard, it immediately crashes the program. The videos play in Windows 10's Movies & TV app... but VLC chokes on it. An example clip is on my cloud server, URL below. Search of Google shows others having the same issue.
