After pause (on x265 / HEVC 10bit videos only), video freeze but audio continues (sometimes)

Hello,

Video freeze happens erratically on 10 bits encoded x265 (mkv format) files when I pause the video, then when I want to resume the audio plays, but the video stays frozen. Other formats (x265 8 bits or x264) don't have this problem.

When I want to resume , most of the time it works normally, but sometimes (seems perfectly random to me) this freeze happens.

When this occurs the following error message appears in the log

avcodec error: avcodec_send_packet critical error

Some info about my hardware : Using D3D11VA (NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB, vendor 10de(NVIDIA), device 1c03, revision a1) for hardware decoding

I've been having this error for a long time, but decided to report only today, I think I've had this error only since the vlc 3.x line but it was working okay with vlc 2.x
