Support Dolby TrueHD with Atmos passthrough

On Windows 10, passthrough is working for Dolby TrueHD and for Dolby Digital Plus with Atmos. But TrueHD with Atmos is not working. I tested 3.0.11 and also nightly build 20201125-0425. When I try to enable this audio track, the soundbar detects no input and the log shows:
