Provide native binary support for ARM based Macs, using the M1 chip

Apple has started rolling out ARM based Macs, using the new M1 chip. For this reason we should look at making a fat binary or ARM specific ARM binary available.

This could be a combined effort of taking the current macOS build and adapting elements of the iOS project, but any developers who are more familiar can comment.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
