Capture Device shows red and blue switched

The blue and red channels appears to be switched while "playing" a webcam with 'Capture Device'. Happens both with the built in Webcam as well as a Canon handheld camera (connected with their EOS Webcam Utility)

OS: Windows 10, updated.
Hardware: X1 Carbon 7th gen
Reproduce: Start VLC, Open Capture Device (DirectShow). Always
