DVB-T doesn't work anymore on Windows

OS: Windows XP Pro 32 bits

VLC build from: http://www.jbkempf.com/~jb/vlc-1.0.0-git-20090211/

As said in the title, DVB-T doesn't work on Windows with v1.0.0-git-20090211. It seems that the connection with BDA drivers can't be established.
