Allow more customisation of pitch shifting

Allow more customization of pitch shifting, such as:

  • More custom intervals for pitch shifting instead of just quarter semitone increments. For example, one may wish pitching up the sound just 4.5 commas.

  • Allow customizing crossfade transition shapes used for crossfades to perform the transformation.
