Cannot open DASH / WebM streams

It seems VLC cannot play WebM streams in DASH manifest.

This affects version 3.0.11 and 4.0.0-dev.

Tested with a youtube video, I packaged a filtered DASH manifest whith only one webm stream (1080p) to reproduce the issue easily.

If you download the full WebM file and play it directly in VLC it's working fine.

But if you open the manifest file, it doesn't work. In VLC log we can see "adaptive debug: deactivating WebM stream ", may be this is why it cannot play it.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
