"Play with VLC Media Player" and "Add to VLC Media Player's playlist" context menu options bring up the "open with" prompt

Opening a file(s) with either the "Play with VLC Media Player" or "Add to VLC Media Player's playlist" context menu options when VLC is not the default program for opening that file(s), the "open with" prompt window opens as an extra middle step.
