VLC 1.0 always download art picture (regression)

Even though the "Search metadata" option is disabled and the Cover Download setting is set to Manual Download Only, VLC 1.0 always download the cover art picture.

Tested on Windows XP Pro 32 bits. There is a proxy setting used in the preferences, if that does matter.
