UPNP with hostname and port defined fail

upnp warning: Could not download device description! Fetching data from http://jellyfin.local:8000/dlna/896b1317dc134475a80de692ead9b86d/description.xml failed: UPNP_E_INVALID_URL

If i remove the host string and replace with a ip address it works. eg. http://192.168.1.208:8000/dlna/896b1317dc134475a80de692ead9b86d/description.xml
