Missing Dolby TrueHD decoder on iOS/tvOS

I wanted to watch a video on my iPhone 6 but when it started playing, I didn't notice any sound. I tried skipping ahead but it only put the video back by about a second. I tried on android and it worked fine. I will attach the mediainfo.
