Aug 4 nightly MSI & EXE error on install

When I try to play a MP4 after installing Aug 4 nightly build I get this error on play back.

Error in 4.0 (64bit app) Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library Assertion failed! ....videolan/vlc/extras/package/win32/.../fs.cpp Expression: isStarted() == true
