View all subtitle text and navigate by subtitle
When watching a video, typically downloaded from youtube with subtitles, I would like to be about view all the subtitle text and jump to a video location by clicking on a line in the subtitle text. By view all subtitle text I mean like opening the .srt file in a text editor. I can see all the text, scroll through it, or text search for something.
A couple of use cases where this is useful.
-
I am watching a video I have previously seen, looking for a particular section in the video. Currently I have to skip around to random locations hoping to find it. It would be useful if I could view all the subtitles like a text file, skim through or text search for the section I am looking for, and click on that line in the text view to jump to that location in the video.

I am watching a video of some talk. Often there are several minutes of waffle are that start that I want to skip to get to the main point of the talk. If I could view the subtitles as text, I could quick skim through the introductory text and click in the subtitle line where I want to start watching the video.
