UPnP/DLNA in multi-interface systm

In case you have more than one network interface in your system (installed VMWare player for example) VLC player can't find any DLNA server in playlist.

There is a temporary solution to manual set interface metric (https://forum.videolan.org/viewtopic.php?t=78872), but Win Media Player works without this changes.

Possible it could be resolved by availability to select interface in settings or change ports/interfaces scanning algorithm.

tested VLC win64 ver 3.0.11, and 4.* (nightbuilding)
