Silence and then not responding

1. MacOs Catalina 10.15.5 2.Version 3.0.11 Vetinari (Intel 64bit) 3.MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2017, Two Thunderbolt 3 ports); 8 GB 2133 MHz LPDDR3; Intel Iris Plus Graphics 640 1536 MB; Intel Core i5 mini jack headphones plugged in 4.???
2. 1. open m3u playlist

2. double click on it so it opens and starts playing first dong in the list
3. pause song
4. rewind it to a random point
5. click play button again It wont output sound but the progressbar will still be moving normally if you click play button, then if you try to change song in playlist (by doubleclicking on it) it won't do anything, just stuck. If you try to quit it it will start to not responding and then you can only force quit it. 6.it happens everytime 7.m3u playlist with flacs and mp3's
