VLC 3.x Open Multiple Files... and Play another Media syncronous do not work

In VLC Version 2.2.8 you can play and control two Videos synchron with the Menu / Open Multiple Files... and "Play another Media synchronously".

All VLC-Player Versions 3.x will not work with the useful Feature (Play and control two Videos synchronous).

Hope someone can find a Solution for the VLC-Player Version 3.x.
