Missing hotkey for show/hide playlist and minimal interface in german language

In the german interface menu language the hotkey for "View > Playlist", <CTRL+L>, is not shown and does not work either. The hotkey for "View > Minimal Interface", <CTRL+H>, is not shown in the menu as well, but does work.

With the english interface all is OK and working.

Verified to VLC, Win-32, version 3.0.7.1. Error is in the file "VLC\locale\de\LC_MESSAGES\vlc.mo".

Tested with VLC, 32-Bit, V3.0.11, under Windows 10, 64-Bit.
